Marc started his commercial real estate career in New Orleans as an Office Leasing Specialist, serving on Latter & Blum's Commercial Real Estate leasing team representing property ownership of three new first class high rises, comprising 1.5 million square feet on Poydras Street across from the Superdome.
Marc worked for Jeb Bush at Bush Realty in Miami on behalf of Baptist Hospital and Codina Development successfully leasing the new Medical Arts medical office building on the Kendall Campus of Baptist Hospital in Miami.

Marc represented a private investment group in the 12-million-dollar purchase and then lease-up of Sunset Medical, a 35,000 square foot medical office building.
Consultant to Investor for Commercial Office Building
Marc represented the buyer of Premier Plaza, a 5.3 million dollar, 20,000 square foot commercial office building that was undervalued. He assisted the investor in stabilizing the property by recommending improvements and securing quality tenants to enhance its value.
Marc identified an underutilized residential acquisition in an up-and-coming area of central Sarasota that was a candidate for redevelopment. He proceeded to purchase the property, demolish the existing house, built and sold a brand new modern 2,288 square foot, $800,000 spec-house.
